How an Acura Accelerated Service Visit Works
Stop by or schedule ahead
You can schedule service online before visiting our Framingham service center, or come in without an appointment.
Check in with a Service Consultant
A Service Consultant checks your Maintenance Minder code, explains the work, and gets your Acura to the service team. You can wait in the customer lounge during your visit.
The team services your Acura
For A1 and B1 visits, the team changes the oil, rotates the tires, tests the battery, and inspects the brakes, tires, lights, fluids, and suspension. The inspection includes measuring brake-lining wear, checking tire pressure, and looking over the underside of the vehicle. After the rotation, lug nuts are hand-torqued to specification.
Review the results and head out
Your Service Consultant explains the inspection results, including what needs attention soon and what can wait. No additional work begins without your approval.
Other Service Options
Can’t wait at the dealership?
MetroWest Acura offers complimentary service pickup and delivery, along with service loaner vehicles. Request either when scheduling; loaners and pickup arrangements depend on availability.
Need a diagnosis or repair?
Accelerated Service handles routine maintenance, not diagnosis or repairs. If your Acura has a check-engine light, an unusual noise, or another mechanical problem, book a regular service appointment.
