Can I get a trade-in estimate online before visiting MetroWest Acura?+
Yes. You can start with our online vehicle value estimator before visiting MetroWest Acura. Submit your vehicle details to receive an estimated value, then we'll complete an on-site inspection before the transaction is finalized.
Can I sell my vehicle to MetroWest Acura without buying another one?+
Yes. Our Used Car Purchase Program allows you to either trade your vehicle toward another Acura or sell it directly to us. After an on-site inspection, we can complete the sale without requiring you to purchase another vehicle.
Does MetroWest Acura buy vehicles from other brands?+
Yes. Our Used Car Purchase Program accepts vehicles regardless of make or model. You can start by submitting your vehicle information online before bringing it in for an inspection.
What does MetroWest Acura look at when appraising my vehicle?+
Our trade-in appraisal asks about your vehicle's mileage, equipment, service records, title and lien status, accident or paint history, and overall condition. We also review areas such as the body, tires, glass, interior, engine, transmission, and existing damage before completing the appraisal.
Is my online trade-in estimate the final value for my vehicle?+
No. The online vehicle value is an estimate. We complete an on-site inspection before finalizing the transaction, so the final value can depend on the vehicle's actual condition and the information confirmed during that review.
What information should I have ready for a trade-in appraisal?+
To start our online trade-in appraisal, it helps to have your vehicle's year, make, model, VIN, and mileage available. The form also asks about options, service records, title or lien information, accident history, previous paintwork, existing damage, and the condition of major vehicle components.
Can I use my trade-in value toward a new or Acura Certified Pre-Owned vehicle?+
Yes. You can use your trade-in value toward another Acura through our Used Car Purchase Program. You can then compare our new and Acura Certified Pre-Owned inventory after receiving your appraisal.
Can I trade my current Acura instead of returning it at the end of a lease?+
That may be an option. We recommend comparing your current Acura's estimated trade value with the purchase price in your lease before deciding whether trading or returning makes more sense.
